Reservations made through Airbnb are subject to the cancellation policy selected at time of booking and Airbnb's Guest Refund Policy. Cancellation requests for Airbnb bookings must be submitted through the Airbnb platform.
We handle extenuating circumstances (severe weather, documented medical emergencies, etc.) on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to work with guests fairly. Please reach out as early as possible.
